Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop own clientele base and expand local sales utilizing company and own resources
  • Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network.
  • Handle customer enquiries as and when required actively and to monitor team’s quotations and hit ratio’s to improve performance.
  • Work in relation with sales teams and operations teams to structure reports to Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network.
  • Handle customer enquiries as and when required actively and to monitor team’s quotations and hit ratio’s to improve performance.
  • Match and over target, (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly target on Revenue, Number of new Customers, Quotation)
  • Report to Sales Manager in form of weekly updates and proper accurate monthly reports
  • Prepare as necessary promotional campaigns involving other stations for certain verticals
Job Requirement
  • Experience in forwarding business, Air Freight and Sea Freight Sales (2-3 years).
  • Experience in USA freight market (Air & Sea ) is advantages.
  • Diploma/Degree in Economics (International Business, Logistics,  Sea Transportation) or relevant field
  • English ability: Intermediate English (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
  • Computer skills: MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email, Internet
  • Team work : Sense of responsibility, team work ,motivated and ambitious.
  • Adaptability: Willing to learn and develop within the company structure
  • Communication: Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese
