Senior Sea Freight/Sea Freight (Booking)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Receive booking request from shipper
  • Arrange booking with carrier for on export shipment base on client's SOP
  • Working closely with shipper, shipping lines, carrier
  • Maintained operational KPIs &follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.
  • Solving issues, customer complaints
  • Other task assigned by Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Min.3 year – experience of shipping industry
  • Have experience handle booking US/ EU route
  • Knowledge : Shipping
  • Good command in English; Computer skills; 
  • Good communication 
  • Problem Solving
