Customer Service & Operation Support Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

70% of workload in Customer Services
  • Support to make reservations for customers on flights operated by airlines represented by the company
  • Create bookings on the airline system, input relevant information into the system to track cargo status
  • Understand schedules and regulations of each airline to efficiently meet customer booking requirements.
  • Monitor and control available space on flights to meet customer booking requirements.
  • Optimize the use of available space, ensuring efficiency and convenience for customers.
  • Ensure customers are well taken care of from booking to completion of their cargo flights.
  • Answer questions and provide timely information to customers regarding schedules, necessary documents, airline regulations, and policies, and assist in resolving issues during transportation.
  • Receive and address feedback promptly and effectively to improve service quality and build trust with customers.
  • Manage each Airlines AWB inventory, arrange AWB to customer when required.
  • Other tasks arise according to the actual situation.
30% of workload in Operation support
  • Back up OPS team for making reservation and follow up booking and asking space from airline partner
  • Support OPS team to send booking confirmed with flight schedules to the shipper/agent
  • Monitor and stand by at cargo ramp side in case of special cargo loading un-loading 
  • Filing all import and export documents including Cargo and Mail manifest
  • Report to local Sale representative in both commercial and operational areas.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Both Male or Female candidate are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade/International Economic.
  • Have 1 year of booking & CS experience in Aviation/Air Forwarder is preferred.
  • Fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
  • Using English fluently with 4 skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong feeling of Customer Service.
  • Well computer skill, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Multi-tasking and can work under pressure
