[LTH] Full-Stack Software Developer

				PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power our logistics and SaaS platform. You will work across the full stack, leveraging .NET 6 for back-end APIs and Angular 16 with TypeScript for dynamic front-end interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with databases, caching systems, and reporting tools, all while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET 6 for back-end APIs and Angular 16 with TypeScript for front-end interfaces.
 - Design and implement RESTful APIs to support logistics and SaaS functionalities.
 - Work with SQL Server and MongoDB to design, query, and optimize databases for efficient data management.
 - Utilize Redis for caching to enhance application performance.
 - Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
 - Create and customize reports using Crystal Reports to meet business requirements.
 - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
 - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
 - Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
 - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features and enhancements tailored to logistics and SaaS needs.
 - Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to systems and processes (senior-level expectation).
 - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team (mid-level and senior-level expectation).
 - Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
 
EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in the programming specialist at least 2 years.
 - Knowledge of NET framework.
 - Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
 - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.
