JOB OVERVIEW

As a QC Intern, you will support the assessment of software quality through the execution of manual                 testing under the guidance of the QC Lead. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs                 and issues. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and good communication skills. If you are            passionate about quality and eager to learn in the field of software testing, we would like to meet you.                  Ultimately, you will help ensure that our products and systems function correctly.

PERFORMANCE

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing system specifications under the guidance of the Engineering Manager
• Collaborate with technical team members to develop effective testing strategies and plans
• Execute manual test cases and analyze the results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and issues to the development team
• Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT or a related field
• Basic communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of software testing
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Familiarity with basic concepts of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Understanding of how to document issues and communicate effectively with technical teams
• Exposure to basic testing tools or environments is a plus
• Any prior internship or part-time work in IT of software development is advantageous
