01 What is the ratio between weight (kg) and volume weight (cbm) for a shipment?

As per the general regulation, ITL will charge fee basing on cargo weight or cbm depend on which one is higher. The general exchange is 250 kgs = 1 cbm.

02 How to settle shipping documentation? (multi-transportation)

Just simply contact our customer service department or our Sales department for the most detailed instructions. Costs and conditions of transportation will be confirmed prior to shipment. We commit no additional costs or expenses.

03 How do I check the status of an order I have placed?

Orders may be tracked from the Indo Trans Logistics website under the “Track & Trace” box on the side panel.

04 How is the insurance?

As a professional carrier, ITL has purchased the Carrier liabilities insurance with AON/AIG the value of insurance up to VND 5,2 billion/per shipment (approximated USD$250,000/per shipment) and we covered all damaged cargo caused by carrier (if any).

05 Transportation for dangerous cargo, overweight cargo, oversized cargo

According to the principle of Railway, we shall not ship cargo over 26 tons and oversized cargo, as well as dangerous cargo. You need to contact our customer service department to find shipping solution.

06 Regulation of required documents for transportation cargo?

For required documents, please ask your staff to contact with our transportation experts then we will guide how to prepare the documents. By Vietnamese laws, all cargoes transporting on road should have the legal documents to prove the source.

07 How to send cargo?

You just need to fill in our online form or contact to our Sales department. You can find all the necessary information for your shipment.
