ITL Company Trip 2024: Resilience To Get Good Wind

ITL Company Trip 2024 has officially ended, but the emotions are still intact after the impressive and exciting journey of ITL and the N.Cs members in the South taking place in Phan Thiet city on July 20th – 21st, 2024.

At this special event, the detailed information about the 3rd Transformation plan to conquer the North Star goal was once again shared by Mr. Ben Anh – Group CEO.

In addition, Mr. Simon Thuc – Deputy General Director, VP – Human Resources also shared the details about EB (Employer Branding) – EVP (Employee Value Proposition), emphasizing the DEI (Diversity – Equity – Inclusion) being implemented at ITL.

In particular, ITL Company Trip 2024 marked the first time ITL-ers experienced the Amazing Race with interesting challenges along the road to Phan Thiet. These challenges not only brought joy but also provided the opportunity for ITL-ers to demonstrate their warrior spirit, unity, and resilience in overcoming the journey’s obstacles.

ITL-ers had the moments of comfortable relaxation, enjoyed the diverse entertainment services and high-class amenities of Mandala Cham Bay Mui Ne, creating unforgettable memories with their teammates.

In July and August 2024, Company Trip of ITL and N.Cs members in the Central and Northern regions will also be held in Quang Nam – Da Nang and Ha Long city with many interesting and attractive activities.

All ITL and N.Cs members strive daily to contribute their values, joining hands to make ITL implement the 3rd Transformation plan successfully with some challenges and opportunities ahead. Together, we will continue to be united, resilient to overcome all challenges to catch the good wind, seize the opportunities and conquer the successes ahead.
