[ITL-HCM] MARKETING & SALES INTERN

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Marketing and Sales within the Logistics Technology industry, covering sales administration, customer support, marketing planning, content, and design. Through real projects, you will develop practical skills, strategic thinking, and real-world business experience

RESPONSIBILITY

Support assigned Marketing & Sales tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Department Manager.

Marketing Execution (60%)

– Edit and produce video and animated content, including subtitles, for social media, events, and promotional or instructional purposes.

– Design digital marketing materials, including banners, cover images, infographics, email marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, website visuals, and other digital assets.

– Support the planning and execution of Marketing campaigns and events, such as webinars and internal/external events.

– Support the development of content for the company website and social media platforms.

Sales Admin Support (40%)

– Assist the Sales Department in the preparation, management, and administration of customer documents, contracts, and addendums, as well as monitor payment status.

– Assist in drafting contracts, addendums, and quotations for clients.

– Facilitate invoice reconciliation and payment follow-up with customers.

– Process payment documents and coordinate with suppliers and the Accounting Department.

– Maintain and organize both hard copy and electronic records of documents, contracts, and addendums.

– Communicate with customers to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Open to 3rd- and 4th-year undergraduate students and fresh graduates majoring in Logistics, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

– Experience as a team leader, project leader, or active member of student organizations, clubs, extracurricular activities, or community projects is an advantage.

– Proficient in or familiar with basic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

– Good visual thinking and creativity.

– Willing to commit to 3 months.

– Have a personal computer suitable for Marketing, Sales, design, and basic video editing work.
