ITL MANAGEMENT RETREAT 2025 – ise Together, Reach The North Star

From October 13^th – 17^th, 2025, ITL Management Retreat 2025 took place successfully in Mu Cang Chai, Yen Bai – a land of majestic mountain passes and the golden hue of ripened rice terraces. This is a special annual program for ITL Management, where members come together to reflect on 2025 — a year full of challenges but remarkable milestones — while also developing new business strategies and plans for ITL and its N.Cs on the journey toward the North Star.

Throughout the program, a series of engaging and physical challenge activities took place, highlighted by the trekking and cycling journey to conquer Khau Pha Pass, one of the “Four Great Mountain Passes” of Northwest Vietnam. Each step and each pedal stroke was not only a test of endurance, determination, and perseverance but also a symbol of ITL Management team’s unwavering spirit to keep moving forward.

ITL Management Retreat 2025 was not only an occasion for reflection, engagement, and strategic alignment, but also a powerful source of inspiration — motivating each member of ITL Management team to return with renewed passion and determination, lead the team members and together with ITL moving forward on the 3^rd Transformation Journey, shaping the future and reaffirming ITL as the North Star in the regional Logistics industry. Challenges and uncertainties will continue to accompany the journey ahead, but with thorough preparation, unity, and the bold, pioneering spirit of our Management team, ITL will keep rising higher and reaching further on the journey to conquer the North Star. Every experience serves as a valuable lesson in teamwork, perseverance, and adaptability — the core qualities that empower ITL to stand strong in the face of any challenge.
