ITL Organized The Graduation Ceremony For The Management Trainees SGN 2021 And HAN 2020

On March 8th, 2024, ITL Corporation organized the Graduation Ceremony for our Management Trainees SGN 2021 and HAN 2020 (MT SGN 2021 & MT HAN 2020) in both HCMC and Hanoi.

This important event was participated by Mr. Simon Thuc – Deputy General Director, VP Human Resources of ITL Corporation; Mr. Alexander Olsen – CEO of ITL Freight Management and the Mentors of MT SGN 2021 & MT HAN 2020; Managers of ITL Corporation & its N.Cs with the MT of all years.

At the Graduation Ceremony, the MT included Jack Linh, Jamie Hoa, Oriana Thu under ITL Logistics; Gianna Giang, Enji Ngan, Mira Quyen under ITL Freight Management and Julia Hang under ITL Aviation Logistics had the opportunity to review and share about their 3-year journey of learning, experiencing and developing in both thinking and skills when they had experienced in the different roles at ITL Corporation and N.Cs.

Although the MT have their own experiences and journey, currently, all members of MT SGN 2021 and HAN 2020 have determined their career development orientation, making plans with the spirit of commitment & challenge acceptance to be ready to take on new roles and responsibilities at ITL Corporation and N.Cs.

Our Mentors who have accompanied and directly guided the MT also shared valuable advices to each member to help them to develop their strengths and improve their weakness.

At the end of the program, Mr. Simon Thuc, Mr. Alexander Olsen and the Managers presented the Diplomas, Trophies and gifts to the MT SGN 2021 and MT HAN 2020, officially ending the 3-year journey and starting a new exciting career journey in ITL Corporation.

In addition, Mr. Simon Thuc also presented the thank you gifts to our Mentors, expressing the company’s appreciation for their contributions to the MT program.
