Looking back at 2023, what are you most proud of, and what is the most valuable lessons you have learned?
For me, 2023 was a memorable year with emotional ups and downs. From my initial goals and the trust from my line managers, I have more motivation to step out of my comfort zone, accept new challenges, and turn goals into results. In addition, “Step out of the comfortable zone” and “Burn the boats” have motivated me to be ready to face challenges and spend the exciting experiences.

For me, the most important thing is to determine the “initial goal.” When you have a clear goal, no matter how difficult you encounter, you will have the motivation to overcome it.

Where does your motivation at work come from? If you could summarize your journey at ITL in 3 keywords, what would they be?
For me, the field of Logistics in general and Transportation in particular is always volatile and changing, especially in the Business Solution role that I am holding. This requires flexibility and deep understanding of the services and resources that the organization owns to diversify solutions provided to customers. This motivates me to strive every day to grow myself, contributing to ITL’s goal of providing the best services to valued customers.

If I choose the three keywords to summarize my journey at ITL, they would be:

Begin with the End in Mind: When you face difficulties and have not found a solution, your initial goal and determination will motivate you to determine to achieve that goal.

Be Proactive: Being proactive will help me to learn, gain knowledge, experience and make contribution to the organization.

In It To Win It: Don’t be afraid of new or challenging things, be willing to commit to finding the right way to do things, make things more appropriate & effective.

What is the most important goal you want to achieve at ITL in 2024?
Continuing the results achieved in 2023 and projects in progress, my goal in 2024 is to continue accompanying the team to complete ongoing projects in the best way. By continuing to develop diverse solutions to serve customers, not only in terms of Transportation but also in terms of other service expansion.

With the goal of being a trusted and long-term partner with customers, we will coordinate closely with cross functions to expand the services provided to customers, aiming for the integrated service package that is flexible and optimal tailored to customers’ demands.

In addition, I also aim to push myself to make improvements to enhance productivity in work and operations of Transportation function in specific and ITL Logistics in general, seizing new opportunities to grow and keep up with market trends because “Opportunities present themselves to those who have prepared”.
