After passing the 4 rounds of the recruiting process as an entrance examination, candidates will immediately become official members of the MT team and start the 36 – month journey.

Building the SELF-IMAGE

In the first year, MT will join a series of lessons about establishing life goals, and personal values; learning some thinking frameworks, exposing to multiple perspectives, and having a chance to understand them. This will be a good jump start while entering your career at ITL. You will have a solid understanding of the company’s products & services, standard operating procedures (SOP); understanding the market, customers & competitors. Then, MTs will learn how to analyze data and information in the business context to understand the growth strategy of the whole ITL
Corporation, or Sotrans (or both) and each department, and business unit within.

In the first year, MTs will need to complete the assigned KPIs about professional development, building internal relationships with other co-workers & departments. MTs have to understand the operation of our products & services, and then be the catalyst of all company activities (i.e. CSR, Labor Union, Sporting Day, Family Day, Company Trip, etc

SECOND YEAR

Conquering CHALLENGING GOALS

In the second year, MTs will be assigned more challenging goals, more related to some company’s business indicators such as revenue, profit, customer network, market expansion, loss reduction, productivity increase, etc. MTs now can be considered to participate in some important projects of the company, as a project member; or specifically in the role of the Project Leader depending on the circumstance and the capability of him/her.

In year 2, MTs need to be asserted in communicating, interacting with all departments and company members effectively, achieving challenging KPIs, and gaining massive improvement in expertise and professionalism. MTs need to find novel and creative solutions to each project, handle requests from customers professionally, clearly show the customer-centric point of view of the company; strive to build up a network of customers, and increase their satisfaction

MT WILL

1. Be appointed to a higher professional position (Senior Executive)
2. Or become a Team Leader
3. Or become the new Project Leader of the company or its subsidiary companies
4. Or be transferred to the other Departments, Companies within the Corporation (New assignment)

THIRD YEAR

Improve skills in PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

During the third year, MTs continue to maintain the pace of work and self-development through undertaking larger & more important projects, taking care of the company's key customers if qualified. After accumulating the experience & knowledge from 2 years of working, MTs now can tutor and orient other MTs in the following courses. In the third year, MTs have to focus on learning and upgrading skills to manage people, partners, customers, etc., and form a leadership style in accordance with the company's culture. completing 3 years of self-management, work & relationship management, and interaction.
The third year requires all MTs to speed up, not only professionally but also in terms of perspective, personality, and relationships with others surrounding, especially with customers. Each MTs will really become the core of each department, ready to take on weighty responsibility.

Trải qua chương trình MTP tại Tập đoàn ITL với vai trò là một MT, mình thật sự đã được rèn luyện và nâng cao những kỹ năng, kiến thức có sẵn, đồng thời học hỏi được thêm các kỹ năng mới mà bản thân chưa được trải nghiệm trước đó. Chương trình MTP tại ITL đã mở ra cho mình một cánh cửa để mình có cơ hội cọ xát thực tế và tôi luyện bản thân ngày một hoàn thiện hơn.
Nếu ai đó hỏi mình rằng mình muốn chia sẻ điều gì nhất khi trở thành một mảnh của ITL với vai trò MT, mình sẽ không do dự kể cho các bạn 3 điều sau:
  • ☝️ Điều đầu tiên mà bạn cảm nhận được chính là môi trường làm việc vô cùng chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Tại ITL, các bạn sẽ luôn bắt gặp được hình ảnh chào hỏi và cười nói của mọi người dành cho nhau. Từ cấp nhân viên cho đến các anh chị cấp Manager luôn hiện hữu sự gắn kết và tôn trọng lẫn nhau vì mục tiêu chung hướng đến National Champion mà tập đoàn đặt ra. ️🎯
