1. PURPOSES AND SCOPE

HR Intern has the opportunity to learn and practice to become a general HR officer in finding suitable human resources for the company. Besides, you will have a chance to answer information about the policies, procedures and documents for employees.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finding suitable candidates for intern positions
  • Processing interview and onboarding
  • Answering information about policies, procedures and documents for employees
  • Checking information about IT labor market, logistics market, labor market daily (news, linkedIn, Facebook…)
  • Basic knowledge about designing on Canva
  • Other document tasks
