Job description
- Receive plans from customers/CS/Sales/departments
- Balance the transportation capacity of the DT ITL Log truck fleet assigned by the company, manage and operate the fleet to maximize its utilization for delivery plans. Develop appropriate external vehicle rental plans according to the matrix of sub-use, ensuring leadtime and quality of delivery service for customers.
- Monitor the delivery activities of the DT truck fleet in the Da Nang area.
- Coordinate with CS, field operators, customers, drivers, and OPS leaders to handle incidents and complaints that occur during the goods delivery process.
- Compile reports on the operational status of DT trucks and subcontractors, report on subcontractor KPIs, and any unusual occurrences.
- Assign delivery personnel/drivers to accompany trucks to support goods delivery.
- Evaluate KPIs of delivery personnel/drivers.
candidate requirements
- Graduated with a college degree or higher in transportation-related fields.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in logistics and transportation, with a good understanding of the field.
- English proficiency level B.
- Computer skills level B.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
