Share:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding; account management experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the logistics industry with a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Job Description
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage logistics service contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor sales performance, manage the business pipeline, and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
