  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding; account management experience is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the logistics industry with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while providing tailored logistics solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage logistics service contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor sales performance, manage the business pipeline, and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and propose initiatives to improve business performance.
