Container Transport Coordinator

  • At least 1 year of experience in container transportation, fleet dispatching, or logistics operations.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, night shifts, overtime, and travel for business when required.

Job Description

  • Receive customer bookings and develop daily transportation plans by assigning vehicles and drivers efficiently.
  • Coordinate and dispatch vehicles based on customer requirements and operational conditions.
  • Monitor transportation activities and support drivers in resolving issues related to documentation, on-site operations, and delivery.
  • Update transportation information accurately and promptly through E-TMS, Mobile App, and other operational systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and provide timely updates throughout the delivery process.
  • Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to optimize transportation efficiency.
  • Manage fleet utilization and company assets effectively.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, monitor attendance, and coordinate driver schedules.
  • Train and support dispatch team members while collaborating with other projects to optimize fleet allocation.
  • Participate in planning and improving transportation solutions for new customers and new routes.
