[HCM – LTH] DESIGNER INTERN

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As a Designer Intern, you will support various tasks involving video editing, visual content creation, and product design. You will be expected to analyze system-related information, develop consistent product templates, and design creative assets for social media and internal/external communications.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit and produce video content for social media, events, and promotional purposes using tools like Adobe Premiere.
  • Create animation videos and add subtitles for promotional or instructional content.
  • Design visual materials for online (banners, cover photos, infographics, email marketing, PowerPoint presentations, website…).
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns or events (e.g. webinars, internal/external events).
  • Support content development for the website and social media platforms.
  • Handle payment documents and coordinate with suppliers and the Accounting team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Multimedia (plus), or a related field.
  • Committed to a minimum 3-month internship.
  • Own a personal computer suitable for video editing and design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe software:
    • Video editing: Adobe Premiere
    • Graphic design: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Familiarity with modern design and motion tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut Pro). (plus)
  • Strong visual storytelling, aesthetic sense, and high creativity.
  • Proactive, fast learner, able to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
  • Basic English communication skills.
