Scope of Work
Drive business growth for ITL by acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and maximizing revenue & gross profit through effective sales strategies and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert new customers to expand ITL’s logistics business
• Develop and grow new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular sales visits and account management
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and efficient logistics solutions
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain CRM records in a timely manner

Compliance & Conduct

• Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and legal regulations
• Uphold integrity, transparency, and ethical standards in all dealings
• Protect company reputation and avoid any actions that may cause financial or compliance risks

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience at the sales role in freight forwarding industry
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing), especially in business communication, is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and commercially aware
• Prior experience with a multinational logistics company is a plus
