Job Description

  • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
  • Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remaining key customers to achieve Sales target
  • Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
  • Construction communication with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
  • Keep good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working
  • Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
  • Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
  • Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Requirements

  • Min 1- 3 years of experience in related field is preferable
  • Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • University degree, major in the relevant fields.
  • Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
  • Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
  • Good knowledge of logistics and industrial
