Job Description
- Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
- Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remaining key customers to achieve Sales target
- Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
- Construction communication with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
- Keep good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working
- Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
- Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
- Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
Requirements
- Min 1- 3 years of experience in related field is preferable
- Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- University degree, major in the relevant fields.
- Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
- Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
- Good knowledge of logistics and industrial
