Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
Expanding ITL market share by winning new customers, remaining key customers to achieve Sales target
Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
Construction communication with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
Keep good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working
Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar Sales role within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
Customer Network: Prefer candidates with an existing customer portfolio/network, especially manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial customers.
Good knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and industrial sectors.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
University degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively with teams, and adapt to regular job rotation.
Good with figures; responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic, and hard-working.
