• We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to drive the development of AI and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency in logistics and supply chain systems.
• This role will lead a lean, high-impact team to build and deliver innovative solutions using modern technologies such as LLMs, OCR, and intelligent automation

• Lead the development of AI-driven solutions, including: AI Assistant (chatbot / knowledge assistant), Document processing solutions (OCR + AI), Workflow automation tools
• Deliver working prototypes and pilot solutions within short development cycles
• Design scalable, secure and reusable system components
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and modern software development

Experience:

• 7+ years in software engineering or technical leadership
• Experience in AI, data, or automation-related projects
• Proven track record in building products or platforms, not just delivery project

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of: LLM / chatbot systems, API-based architectures, System integration
• Hands-on experience with: Python or NodeJS. AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
