PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

• Lead ITL and Agents ongoing growth on Air freight, Sea freight and domestic services; drive value within its existing and new customers; lead the new product development
• Manage daily operation KPI’s (Air freight/Sea freight)
• Determining the optimal pricing for Airfreight and local services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with Agents and Regional offices.
• Drive revenue, GP and shipment volume growth through Air, Sea and integrated logistics solutions.
• Lead commercial activities including procurement, pricing, solution proposal and account development.
• Understand customer needs and develop customized logistics solutions to strengthen partnerships and expand business.
• Lead new customer/project implementation in collaboration with Operations and Product teams.
• Monitor account performance, service quality, shipment status and customer escalations.
• Take ownership of revenue, costing, selling and P&L for assigned accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and business expansion opportunities across logistics services.
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Agency Sales, or Key Account Management.
• University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
• Organized, process- oriented, good at English (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
• Good knowledge of market situation and foreign trade
