Air Cargo – GSA/GSSA (Hong Kong Air Cargo & Offline Airline Products).

Handle daily sales support and customer service activities for Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier.
Support other Offline Airline products as assigned by the Line Manager.
Coordinate bookings, cargo acceptance, flight allocation, shipment status updates and operational follow-up.
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Prepare quotations, booking confirmations and customer reports.
Monitor flight performance, capacity utilization and customer requirements.
Resolve customer enquiries and service issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with airline procedures and company SOPs.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

0.5 to 1 year of experience in Pricing, Sales, or Customer Service within an airline, GSSA, or air freight forwarding company.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Degree or diploma in Logistics, Aviation, International Business.
Good communication skills in English (2nd language Chinese is advantage).
Customer-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Office Skills
Willing to work at Noi Bai International Airport.
