– Monitor the schedule to arrange vehicles for receiving goods at the warehouse efficiently.

– Coordinate with the dispatcher on delivery plans to update information for the dispatching warehouse.
– Inspect all outsourced vehicles for safety and standards before they enter the warehouse to pick up goods.

– Send information on the required vehicle arrival times to the subcontractors.

– Monitor outsourced subcontractors daily and report any incidents to the supervisor.

– Verify delivery documents from the warehouse customer service.

– Ensure that goods loaded onto vehicles are correct and complete.

• Graduated from a vocational school/college in a field related to Logistics.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service in the Logistics industry.
• Previous experience in a similar position in a transportation and distribution company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Logistics/Freight forwarding using multimodal delivery services is an advantage.
• Good skills in Excel/Word/PowerPoint (MS Office).
• Data analysis skills.
