Working location: Flatiron By Meridian, Sangkat Srah Chok, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible towards business performance, cost control, people management and especially stabilizing PNH team, policy deployment, compliance.
- With guidance and instruction from Regional Manager to set Budget for respective Airlines unit for PNH station.
- Set a plan to develop sales, monitor performance to hit the target.
- Coordinate with (a) HDQ Business Development and (b) Product Development Manager to (i) enlarge business scope for existing airlines products AND (ii)develop new airlines products.
- Market intelligence, analysis .. served for Business Plan.
- Make relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Partners, related Service providers.- Other tasks assigned by Regional Manager.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field..
- Understanding on economy, culture, history, people in Cambodia.
- Basic view on Air Cargo.
- Basic understanding on matters relating to Accounting, Legal, Compliance, …in order to coordinate with Regional manager in working with Back office.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo Industry, including at least 3 years in a supervision position.

Working Condition:
- Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day).
- Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM- Lunch Break: 12:00-1:30pm.
- Holiday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor announcement and code.
