[HCM – ITL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT] Sales Support Executive

Coordinate between Sales/ Key Account team, product team and customer to ensure timely responses and service execution
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth service execution.
Prepare and follow up inquiries, P&L, contracts, reports and other sales-related documentation.
Monitor shipment status and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
Maintain a professional image of Company.

Minimum 01 year of working experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
Experience working for a logistics or freight forwarding company is an advantage
Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field
Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Customer and service-oriented mindset
Commercial awareness
Self-motivated
Good negotiation and communication skill
Excellent English skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking
