[HCM – ITL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT] Agency Sales Intern (non-US trade lanes)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with internal teams to analyze pricing and prepare competitive quotations for overseas agents (non-US trade lanes)
- Liaise with global agents to source and compare pricing for local inquiries
- Actively approach and build relationships with new overseas agents
- Participate in meetings and bidding processes with international partners
- Support the preparation of contracts and commercial documents for new customers
- Maintain and manage signed contracts in an organized and compliant manner
- Track and follow up inquiries to support weekly sales reporting and pipeline visibility
- Conduct research to expand and qualify sales pipelines
- Support additional tasks assigned by Manager/Instructor

REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Available for a full-time 6-month internship (from Mon-Fri)
- Good command of English (both written and spoken); basic Chinese is a plus
- Strong interest in Sales and business development, especially in logistics/forwarding
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility with a can-do attitude
