Job description
Receive plans from customers/CS/Sales/departments
Balance the transportation capacity of the DT ITL Log truck fleet assigned to you by the company, manage and operate the fleet to maximize its utilization for delivery plans. Develop a suitable external vehicle rental plan based on the sub-use matrix, ensuring lead time and quality of delivery service for customers.
Monitor the delivery activities of the DT truck fleet in the Da Nang area.
Coordinate with CS, field operators, customers, drivers, and OPS leaders to handle incidents and complaints that occur during the goods delivery process.
Compile reports on the operational status of DT trucks and subcontractors, report on subcontractor KPIs, and any unusual occurrences.
Assign delivery personnel/drivers to accompany the trucks to support goods delivery.
Evaluate the KPIs of delivery personnel/drivers.
