Develop Your Inherent Ability

We all have to deal with difficulties and changes at some point in time. The normal mentality of people on facing difficulties is depression, disappointment, even wanting to give up. Many young people, after a few failure, think that they don’t have abilities, so whatever they do will not be successful.
However, failure does not define who we are, each person always possesses their own abilities – the abilities that make it possible for anyone to be special, brilliant and extraordinary. This is the group of people who possess inherent abilities. However, they do not practice and develop their abilities, these can gradually fade and become silent. And you think you don't possess them? Actually you still do have them but you do not know how to use.

Your inherent ability includes:
·  Imagination:
Imagination helps you see something from different lenses and challenge current perspectives, finding very new, very different possibilities of the same thing.

·  Empathy:
Empathy is the ability to understand and care about the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of others. It can be said that this is the most basic ability of human to be able to do anything in life, helping us to understand other people's feelings and respond with kindness. Empathy also helps us to better understand about other persons, thereby leading to your actions and emotions, as ancient people often say: "Know the enemy and know yourself; in a hundred battles you will never be defeated".

·   Curiosity:
The ability to be curious, eager to learn is the ability to always search for new things, new information, new experiences. Curiosity motivates you to explore and break normal limits. When we learn by heart, and you do not allow to question, this is against the principles of education, undermining the inherent curiosity of people, depriving them of self-integration and adaptation. Curiosity is also one of the most important gateways to a high emotional intelligence (EQ), which will boost your imagination and creativity and help you better regulate your emotions.

·   Resilience:
Resilience will help us to overcome all immediate challenges and difficulties to continue on the journey we have chosen. Resilience helps you to recover and find ways to overcome difficulties.

·   Creativity:
Creativity is the inherent ability of everyone, no matter what. This is the ability to invent new things, put new ideas into practice, using available resources in a very different way and achieving positive results.

By recognizing your inherent ability and developing them in work and daily life, with other foundations that you are accumulating each day in a hard and diligent way will help you overcome difficulties, making progress and achieving success one day. We face difficulties and changes with a serious and careful attitude, but let’s not forget our strengths. Each person will have a different way of seeing and solving depending on their individual skills and abilities, but approach unexpected problems with a positive spirit, courage and responsibility, this will create a sustainable foundation for you. With good foundation, we can calmly go through difficulties.
