  • What role are you taking in the Distribution team? What do you value most in your work?
I am taking on the role of Control Vendor Team Leader in the Distribution team, under ITL Corporation. The factor that I appreciate in my work is the meticulousness as well as dedication. In addition, it is also the ability to negotiate with our partners when working with them.

  • What are the strengths of the Distribution team in the market that you believe it will bring the best values to customers?
The strength of ITL's Distribution team in the market comes from some factors, including our own fleet of trucks from 1.9 tons to 8 tons with more than 250 tractors and the system of subcontracting vendors with a wide network, covering most of the Southern, Central and Northern provinces, being able to serve the demands of our customers.
 
In addition, we have the experienced management team and team members who are always dedicated, enthusiastic and responsible for the assigned work. One of the other strengths of the Distribution team is the strong technology platforms, information management software that is always closely followed to support for customer service.
 
The factors of Infrastructure - Human Resources - Technology mentioned above are the values ​​​​that ITL's Distribution team wants to bring to our customers, ensuring to provide the service stably, efficiently with the cost optimized.
  • As a member of ITL Management Trainee Program (MT19), what have you learned during the period of working and being trained in the Distribution team in particular and ITL Corporation in general?
As a member of MT19, I have learned a lot while working in the Distribution team, that is the spirit of dedication and teamwork, being ready to support each other at work. In addition, I have been trained in professional knowledge and management skills from the management team. One of the things that I am very interested when working in the Distribution team is the professional working environment and we always have the opportunities to show our own abilities and grow more at work.
