ITL Focuses On Caring For Its Staff’s Physical And Mental Health
Always focus on taking care of physical health and enhancing spiritual life of staff, especially ground staff of ITL Corporation’s Business Units, this year, ITL Corporation’s Board of Directors has decided to add to the annual health check-up package for its ground staff special items in addition to other items of the annual health check-up program.
This is ITL's effort in putting its employees at the center of activities, we call “Employee Centric”; Ensuring that employee benefits are constantly improved & enhanced and contributing to enriching the EVP - Employees Value Proposition for ITL-ers.
Not stopping here, we will also continue to have other plans in the incoming time to take care of physical health and improve the spiritual life of drivers after working hours, aiming to help our members feel comfortable, enhance productivity and peace of mind to work with the company. The plans are in the progress to be coordinated and implemented by the departments and will be updated to our members as soon as possible.
Not only building a professional working environment, encouraging innovation and creating fair career development opportunities for all employees, ITL also takes its responsibility in committing to bring positive changes, ensure and improve the quality of life for ITL-ers who have committed and dedicated to the growth of ITL through the periods.
Remember during the peak period of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, ITL promptly presented the practical gifts from ITL Sharing program for all ITL-ers aiming to share and enhance strength to ITL warriors to be more strong, stay optimistic to overcome difficulties at that time.
