[Da Nang- ITL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT] Operations Manager

Work location: 11th floor, Summit Building, 350 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Thanh Khe, Da Nang City

Lead and manage end-to-end operations, including customs clearance, trucking, and delivery, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
Review and approve customs declarations, HS codes, and related documentation to maintain accuracy and mitigate compliance risks
Provide strategic guidance on complex cases involving licensing, product policies, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Sales teams and clients to deliver tailored, value-added logistics and customs solutions
Monitor operational KPIs, identify potential risks/issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role (Assistant Manager/Manager) within Forwarding or Logistics
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Solid knowledge of customs procedures, forwarding operations, and regulatory compliance
Good command of English (working proficiency)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in budget control and basic commercial awareness (sales mindset is a plus)
