ABOUT 600 ITL-ERS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN 2019 ITL FAMILY GATHERING

On December 14th, 2019 ITL Family Gathering took place in an exciting atmosphere at Lan Vuong Resort, Ben Tre City. The event was participated by Mr. Ben Anh - CEO of ITL Corporation, Ms. Jessica Anh – ChairWomen of ITL Union, Mr. Simon Thuc - HR Director, about 600 ITL-ers and their family members.


 
At the opening of 2019 ITL Family Gathering, Ms. Jessica Anh – ChairWomen of ITL Union said: “2019 ITL Family Gathering is an annual event of ITL. This year, I have found many familiar faces and many new faces together with your family members. This encourages ITL to continue the event next year so that all ITL-ers can enjoy  and engage with their family members.”


 
Mr. Ben Anh, CEO of ITL said: “At ITL, all employees work together, stick together as a family and today we have a BIG FAMILY that is your family members attending event together. This is a great honor for me as a leader of the company, seeing ITL more and more engaged. We always think how to do better for our people and we have set the goal of "Employee Centric - For Employees" by 2020, which will create a lot of programs for our employees and family members".


 
At 2019 ITL Family Gathering, a private space - Little Artist have been arranged for children and parents to have fun and show creativity. In addition, ITL-ers and family members also could take photos together at the photo backdrop to have instant photos printed; Some games help ITL-ers and family members to discover themselves with interesting challenges such as: Rowing Race, Wading and Fishing, Crossing The River, Fighting on the Water, Cooperation,…









In particular, the Lucky Draw session with valuable gifts awarded to lucky ITL-ers and family members with a total value of about 50 million VND. This is the meaningful and practical activity for ITL-ers and family members in the year-end festival season.
