ITL Aviation Successfully Transported 2 Sets Of Aircraft Engines Weighing 55 Tons On The Charter Flight Of Airbridge Cargo Airlines

On September 15th, ITL Aviation (RU HAN Team) successfully transported overweight, oversize cargo including 2 sets of A350 aircraft engines weighing up to 55 tons by the 747-800 Charter flight of Airbridge Cargo Airlines on HAN-HKG route.

The successful transportation of this overweight, oversize cargo has acknowledged the great efforts and affirmed the leading role in the air cargo market of ITL Aviation team. More especially ITL Aviation team has excellently found the optimal transportation solutions, meeting the special needs of cargo transportation from our customers - Transporting 2 sets of A350 aircraft engines (including 6 packages) on the same flight.

This is the challenge for ITL Aviation team as this is only possible on a few large cargo aircrafts such as the 747-800F or AN124 and few airlines are able to do so because of the requirements of technical stacking and balancing of the cargo. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic as currently, it becomes more difficult to find suitable aircraft for transportation needs and this will increase the cost burden for customers.

With the spirit of No Pain No Gain and the spirit of accepting challenges, trying to find the optimal solutions to serve our customers, ITL Aviation team has made a plan and tried to persuade Airbridge Cargo Airlines to cooperate, arranging the flight schedule and rerouting a freighter of 747-800 aircraft for transporting this shipment.

Especially, this is the first time that AirBrdige Cargo Airlines has successfully transported 2 sets of A350 engines on the same flight. This will contribute to help AirBrdige Cargo Airlines increase attraction and competitive value in the overweight, oversize cargo market.
