ITL Accompanies Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients Bringing Light Back To 660 Poor Patients

In the air of Tet approaching, ITL Corporation accompanies Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients donating the eye surgery costs for 660 poor patients to bring light back, help them to live more conveniently and enjoy the gathering time with their loved ones during the Tet holiday.
 
The program took place this morning, January 13^th, 2022 in Trung Vuong Hospital, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City and participated by Mr. Ben Anh - CEO; Mr. Dang Doan Kien - VP Investment; the representatives of ITL Corporation & of Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients and the poor patients donated with free eye surgery costs.


 
In the first phase of the program on January 13^th & 14^th, 2022, 170 poor patients will receive free eye surgeries to have light back. In addition, ITL also presented gifts including necessities to bring warm Tet to them.


 
Speaking at the event, Ms. Truong Thi Anh - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients expressed sincere thanks to Mr. Ben Anh, Mr. Dang Doan Kien and ITL Corporation for accompanying the Association during the last time. She hopes that ITL will continue accompanying the Association to implement meaningful CSR programs to take care of the poor. She also sent her wishes to the poor patients to be healthy and to have a happy Tet when having the light back.


 
Mr. Ben Anh - CEO, representative of ITL Corporation sent his best wishes to the poor patients to have smooth eye surgeries to have the light back and preparing to welcome a safe and happy Tet. He also sent his thanks to the Association for being enthusiatic to make the program happen successfully. He said: "In addition to our business activities, ITL will also commit to accompany the Association to implement more meaningful programs to support poor patients”.
 
Mr. Dang Doan Kien - VP Investment of ITL also shared: “ITL Corporation is a Vietnamese enterprise that has operated more than 20 years in the Logistics industry. We always keep in mind and promote the tradition of Vietnamese people as ‘Good leaves covers torn leaves’. Through helping of the Association and knowing the difficult situation of the poor patients, we have the opportunity to help them in the most effective way. Hopefully in the near future, Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients will organize more meaningful programs. Both for businesses and individuals - as our CEO shared - we always try to do our best to accompany the Association to share difficulties and express our heart for poor patients.”


 
Attending the program, some poor patients from many provinces across the country such as Long An, Binh Thuan, An Giang, Ca Mau,... could not hide their emotions and expressed their excitement when having the opportunity to see the light thanks to the help and full support from ITL and Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association For Poor Patients.
 
Hopefully sharing & support of ITL and the Association will bring some good results, helping the poor patients to have  the light back with the spiritual motivation to welcome a safe and happy Tet.

Free Eye Surgery Program For Poor Patients is organized by Ho Chi Minh City Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients and donated & accompanied by individuals, businesses, and sponsors in the country and abroad. Up to now, the Association has cooperated with hospitals to provide free eye surgeries for over 600,000 patients with difficult circumstances in the provinces and cities across the country, including Laos, Cambodia,... to bring light back and help people to be back to normal life.
